            PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal Training is offered on a one-on-one basis or in groups of two, either at Jinty's own premises near Alton, Hampshire or at a client's own gym.

Programmes are always entirely tailor made to each client's needs. Whether you have a goal physique in mind, want to improve your strength, flexibilty and fitness or both, Jinty's thorough approach allows you to achieve exactly what you want. Examples of clients' goals have included but are in no way limited to:

 - Increasing strength

 - Aiding weight loss

 - Keeping fit in later life

 - Ski fit

 - Increasing suppleness and strength for horse riding

            BACK AND NECK PAIN RELIEF

In many cases, recurrent back and neck pain is only temporarily alleviated through conventional methods such as physiotherapy, and sufferers often have to resort to long term painkiller use, surgery or simply a life of limited mobility having to live with the pain.

This does not have to be the case! Many back and neck pain problems are routed in subtle postural inbalances and weaknesses.

Jinty has found Muscle Balance Therapy - a unique approach to back and neck pain through postural analysis and correction of weakness and imbalance

            YOGA

Yoga is an ancient form of exercise centred around improving strength, flexibilty and wellbeing. Renowned for being low impact and relaxing, yoga is a fantastic and enjoyable way to improve general health.

Jinty offers yoga classes on a one-on-one basis in her own premesis, or in groups of up to two if a client has their own premesis. Small groups allow full attention and supervision, allowing clients to get the most out of their session and reducing the risk of injury through poor form; a feature not offered by many large gym classes.
