Exercise does not come easily to me. I have been asthmatic since a child and didn't get the habit. I have since struggled to fit exercise into my life on a regular basis until I met Jinty. She tailors the sessions to your particular requirements (and injuries!) so you get the maximum benefit out of your session, without risking strain or injury. Her professional yet friendly approach and her flexibility have made it easy and enjoyable for me to embrace a regular fitness regime within a busy life, even when I was recovering from a serious illness. Without her encouragement I know I wouldn't work so hard in my sessions.

“Jinty Piquet has been my Personal Trainer for several years, either on a one to one basis or together with a friend, usually here at my home. 

 

Jinty is very professional in her approach to clients, always preparing each session in advance and always arriving on time. Given that each client only has two arms and two legs, it is amazing what a variety of exercises Jinty prescribes and carefully monitors, with fun but firm supervision! She has always resisted the financial temptation to have more than a maximum of two clients at each session, maintaining that she cannot properly supervise more than two at a time and this is much appreciated. 

 

Jinty has a sound knowledge of physiology and nutritiion and brings a delightful personality and sense of humour to our sessions, so that working out, despite the "burn" and the "pain" actually become most enjoyable and you feel so much better after each session, both physically and mentally."
